Kaizen

Kaizen is a management technique used by teams and designed to increase productivity, reduce waste and provide more innovation.
It allows people at the "coal face" (on the factory floor) to make decisions about their processes and procedures that migh improve the way things are done.

Kaizen literally means; Change (kai) to become Good (zen).
